Refund & Return Policy

At MENSWARD, customer satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging should be included where applicable.

  • Items must not show damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final-sale items are also non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable. We'll review your request and help arrange an appropriate solution.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@mensward.shop with:

  • Your order number.

  • The item you wish to return.

  • The reason for your return.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending any items back.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, MENSWARD will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled through this process.
